The Freehand Shape Tool lets freehand shape to your animation. Select freehand Shape Tool in the toolbox panel ,move the mouse to where you want to start, Drag  the mouse to draw ,then release the mouse button to complete the shape.  Program fits cubic bezier curves to  points you draw.
